1. Introduction

Welcome to Radar (radar.fastcode.ai), an AI-powered supplier scouting and procurement intelligence platform operated by FastCode AI Consult Pvt Ltd ("FastCode AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Bengaluru, India.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Radar collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By accessing or using Radar you agree to the practices described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

2.1 Google Account Data

Radar uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with your Google account, we receive and store the following data from Google:

• Name — your display name as set in your Google account.
• Email address — used as your unique account identifier and for service-related communications.
• Profile picture URL — displayed within the Radar interface for personalization.

We request only the minimum Google OAuth scopes required for authentication (openid, email, profile). We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.

2.2 Information You Provide

• Procurement data: Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), technical specifications, and other files you upload for supplier scouting.
• Chat messages: Conversations with Radar's AI assistant within the platform.
• Feedback and support inquiries: Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Log and device data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Cookies and similar technologies: Session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate Radar — authenticate your identity, display your profile, and deliver the core supplier scouting and procurement intelligence features.
• Improve the service — analyse usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features.
• Communicate with you — send service-related notifications, respond to support requests, and (only with your opt-in consent) share product updates.
• Ensure security — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We do not use your Google account data for advertising, selling to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of Radar.

4. Google API Services Compliance

Radar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, Radar:

• Only requests access to Google user data that is necessary for the features the user has authorized (authentication and profile display).
• Does not transfer Google user data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition — and only with appropriate user consent or notification.
• Does not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

FastCode AI does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate Radar (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us and are obligated to protect it.
• Legal requirements: When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case you will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your consent: For any other purpose, only with your explicit consent.

6. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Retention periods:

• Account data (name, email, profile picture) — retained for as long as your Radar account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Procurement data (uploaded documents, scouting results) — retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion or upon your request.
• Log and analytics data — retained for up to 12 months, then automatically purged or anonymized.

7. Cookies

Radar uses the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication and core functionality. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how users interact with Radar so we can improve the experience. You may disable these in your browser settings.

Cookies do not give us access to your computer or any personal information beyond what is described above.

8. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of any inaccurate data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Revoke Google access — you can revoke Radar's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page. This will prevent future sign-ins but will not automatically delete data already stored — to delete stored data, please contact us.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. For account deletion requests, all personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of confirmation, except where retention is required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

Radar is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at admin@fastcode.ai and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of Radar after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
