Welcome to Radar ("the Service"), an AI-powered supplier scouting and procurement intelligence platform operated by FastCode AI Consult Pvt. Ltd. ("FastCode AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Bengaluru, India. By accessing or using Radar at radar.fastcode.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Radar.
Radar is a web-based platform that uses artificial intelligence to assist procurement teams with supplier scouting, requirements analysis, vendor evaluation, RFQ management, and procurement workflow automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended for business use by authorized personnel within subscribing organizations.
Radar uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account for the sole purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your Radar account. You must notify us immediately at admin@fastcode.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on Radar are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws and are owned by FastCode AI Consult Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted, you must not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes any content without our written permission. Any procurement data, documents, or specifications you upload to Radar remain your property.
You agree to use Radar only for lawful procurement-related purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. You must not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure; (b) use the Service to transmit malicious code or conduct any form of cyber attack; (c) scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Service; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information — including Google account data — can be found at /privacy-policy. By using Radar, you consent to the data practices described therein and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
We strive to keep Radar available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your use of the Service.
FastCode AI may terminate or suspend your access to Radar immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@fastcode.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Radar and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FastCode AI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated supplier recommendations, scores, and analyses are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for procurement decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastCode AI Consult Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) Radar.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Radar.
By subscribing to any paid tier of Radar, you agree to pay the applicable fees and related taxes. All payments are non-refundable and service commitments are non-cancellable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. If you cancel during an active billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period, but no partial refunds will be issued.
FastCode AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of Radar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
